Up to 4 photos is the max for image uploads. High-quality images are recommended for photo designs. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and product materials. 

Design proofs will be sent within 2 weeks of your order being placed. Once received, approval or revision is required within 36 hours to keep your order on schedule. If no response is received within that timeframe, the design will move forward as is and proceed into production.

One revision is included with your order. Please review your proof carefully, as all details will be used as approved. If you need your design to be revised, please keep in mind delaying revision approvals may extend the production time longer.

Orders are processed within the timeframe given unless otherwise noted. Please ensure your event date allows for our processing time of 3-4 weeks.

All information will be used exactly as submitted, so please review carefully before ordering. All sales are final.
