Refunds, Returns & Order Changes Policy

Creative Plug Customs creates made-to-order custom and personalized products for each customer.

When you purchase from Creative Plug Customs, you are supporting a small business that creates products by hand and to order. Handmade products are created individually rather than mass-produced, which means small variations may naturally occur from piece to piece. Details such as light surface marks, subtle color differences, or finish variations are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the charm of supporting handcrafted work. These unique characteristics are what make each item truly one of a kind.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase with Creative Plug Customs, you acknowledge that your order is custom made specifically for you and cannot be resold. This policy protects the time, materials, production process, and craftsmanship involved in creating each handmade item.

Order Processing & Changes

Once an order has entered processing, no changes, edits, cancellations, or modifications are permitted. Processing begins shortly after checkout and may include design work, material preparation, or production setup.

This includes, but is not limited to, name changes, design changes, color changes, product type changes, shipping address changes, or quantity changes.

Any request for changes after processing has begun will be considered solely at the discretion of Creative Plug Customs. Approval is not guaranteed and may be declined based on production status, work already completed, or materials already used. If approved, additional fees and extended processing time may apply.

Customer-Submitted Errors

Creative Plug Customs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, names, dates, colors, or design selections. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or defective due to a production error on our part, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as marked by the carrier, and provide clear photo proof of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, a replacement will be offered at the discretion of Creative Plug Customs. Refunds are not issued.

Please note that minor variations that naturally occur in handmade and made-to-order items are not considered defects.

Creative Plug Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control once the package has left our possession.
