Processing Times

Processing times vary by product:

• Ready-Made / In-Stock: 5-7 business days
• Standard Custom Items: 7–10 business days
• Party Favors & Bulk Orders: 3–5 weeks
• Special-Order Custom Items: 3–5 weeks

Processing begins once all required photos and customization details are received. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. Product-specific timelines will be listed on each product page.

Shipping

Shipping time is additional to processing time. Transit times vary by carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Expedited shipping does not shorten processing time.

Rush Processing

Rush processing may be available for eligible in-house custom items, depending on our current production schedule. Please contact support@creativeplugcustoms.com before ordering to confirm availability.

Special-order items are not eligible for rush processing due to required production and fulfillment timelines.

Addresses & Carrier Delays

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Creative Plug Customs is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses or carrier delays outside of our control.

Need It by a Specific Date?

Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. We recommend ordering custom and event-related items as early as possible.
