Orders will be processed in 7 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the specific product listing. This timeframe includes the designing, creation, and shipment preparation process. 

During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended due to higher order volumes.

Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery within the selected shipping timeframe.

Rush Processing

Need your order sooner? Rush processing may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us at support@creativeplugcustoms.com before placing your order to confirm availability.

Note: Rush processing shortens production time only and does not affect carrier transit times.

Shipping Time and Speed Options

Once your order has shipped, transit times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping speed selected at checkout. Expedited shipping options apply after the order has been shipped and do not shorten processing time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for carrier delays that may occur due to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions or peak shipping seasons.
