1. How do I place a custom graduation order?
Select your item, complete all required personalization fields, upload your graduate’s photo (if applicable), and submit your order. Be sure to double-check spelling of names, school details, and dates before checkout.

2. What information do you need from me?
For most graduation items, we require:
-Graduate’s full name (exact spelling)
-School name
-Graduation year
-School colors (or other colors of choice)
-High-resolution photo (if design includes a photo)
Incomplete information may delay processing

3. What kind of photo should I upload?
Please submit a clear, high-resolution image with good lighting. Avoid screenshots, blurry photos, or heavily filtered images. The better the photo quality, the better your final product will look.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Graduation orders require a 3–4 week processing time before shipping, especially during peak season. This includes design time, production, and quality checks.
We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid last-minute stress.
5. Do you offer rush orders?
Rush upgrades may be available depending on current order volume. Rush fees vary based on turnaround time needed and product availability. Contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
6. Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. Proofing policies vary by item. If proofing is included, you will receive a digital preview to approve before we begin production. Please respond with 36 hours to avoid delays.

7. Can I make changes after placing my order?
Once orders are placed, changes cannot be made until the proof has been sent. Only 1 revision is allowed. Any additional revisions will require an additional $10 fee per revision and may extend the processing window. Photo replacements will not be accepted once orders are placed.
8. What if I misspelled something?
We copy and paste exactly what you submit. Please double-check all details before checkout. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
9. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because all items are custom-made, refunds and cancellations are not available. If there is an issue caused by us, we will absolutely make it right.
10. Do you offer local pickup/drop offs?
If local pickup/drop-off is available, details will be provided at checkout. Pickup/drop-offs must be scheduled in advance.
12. When should I order for graduation season?
The earlier, the better. Graduation season is one of the busiest times of the year. We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your event date to allow a buffer for unexpected delays.
