PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING CUSTOM ITEMS

 PROCESSING TIME: Currently 3-4 weeks.

SHIPPING SPEED: Selected at checkout and is separate from the processing time.

 PROOFING PROCESS:

A design proof will be sent via email within 2 weeks after order is placed.

Proofs must be approved within 36 hours.
If no response is received in that 36 hour window, your order will begin processing with the proof design that was initially emailed to you.

Please check your email (including spam/junk) after purchase.

Once the final proof is approved, the design will move into production and cannot be changed. Please double-check all details, as any spelling or grammatical errors are the buyer’s responsibility after approval.
